ASO Engineering & Consultancy is a proprietorship organization formed by Dr. Sandeep Gadkari. He has over 29 years of rich experience with Alfa Laval. He has handled many functions such as Projects engineering & execution, Project Exports and Aftermarket business.
ASO is acquainted with many industrial processes such as, molasses & grain based ethanol process, sugar manufacturing, yeast manufacturing, vegetable oil manufacturing, food processing, Fish & Meat processing, Biotech & Pharma processes and Waste Water management. The main purpose of forming ASO is to help customers in process industry to streamline their processes and help them to resolve the issues related to operation & maintenance of critical equipment in the process. We are venturing in following activities :
Spare Parts Supply / Service : We supply quality spare parts mainly for Decanters and Plate heat exchangers. We maintain good stock of parts so that they can be supplied within minimum time. We also provide onsite services for commissioning and troubleshooting.
Equipment Maintenance & Servicing : Process industry uses lot of rotating equipment such as horizontal and vertical centrifuges, decanters, separators etc. which has lot of wear & tear. These equipment need regular preventive maintenance to ensure continuous availability of equipment. At the same time, overall cost towards repair & maintenance of equipment need to be restricted within the budget to keep the cost of production to minimum.
Through our vast experience of critical equipment operation & maintenance, we advise our customers to optimize the maintenance cost. We suggest the right frequency, right quality and the right supply chain for spare parts of critical equipment.
Without compromising on quality of parts, we advise our customers to buy OEM spare parts like bearings, seals etc. at reasonable prices. We also work out reasonably timed maintenance schedules so that the parts are used to its full life cycle and at the same time chances of break down are minimized. Thus, we work on the principle of achieving optimum maintenance cost for each equipment.
